Q: What is GO2?
A: GO2 is a set of in-game tools designed to enhance your PC gaming experience. It enables the game player to launch applications from inside the game, without leaving and missing out on the action. GO2 plug-ins currently consist of a web browser, IM, music player, a games performance monitor (FPS), an in-game clock and a utility for screen and video capture. The plug-ins system is flexible and extendible and more plug-ins will be added in the future.
Q: Is it free?
A: Yes, it’s absolutely free.
Q: Which games does GO2 currently support?
A: GO2 supports the latest and best PC games. You can find the list of supported games here
Q: How can I make suggestions for new games that I want GO2 to support?
A: If a game you’re playing does not appear in our supported games list, please let us know by posting in the “Supported Games Requests” forum.
Q: How can I make suggestions for improvements or enhancements to GO2?
A: GO2 is designed and built to accommodate gamers’ needs, therefore it is very important for us to hear gamers’ opinions and feedback on the product. We encourage users to post any suggestion, comment and idea on the GO2 forums.
Q: I have a problem with GO2. Where can I get some help?
A: GO2 is still in beta stages and therefore some bugs are to be expected. If you encounter a bug please post a description of the bug in our bug reports forum. Please make sure you read the “Known Issues” post and bug reporting directions in this forum.
Q: Who are the people behind GO2?
A: GO2 was produced by the GO2 development team at Game Oxygen and Double Fusion. The GO2 team members are avid gamers who developed the product while looking for tools to enhance their own gaming experience! We at Double Fusion are committed to improving the gaming experience for PC gamers and promoting new business models that allow more gamers to access the games they enjoy.
Q: Does GO2 contain advertising?
A: GO2 is currently advertising free. In the future we may introduce some advertising and sponsorships to offset the development costs of the product. We strongly believe that our success depends on our users' continued satisfaction. We shall always remain committed to providing to our users the best gaming experience possible.

Q: What are the minimum system requirements for GO2?
A:
  • PC with a Pentium processor running Windows XP SP1 or higher, or Vista
  • 50 MB available hard drive space recommended
  • Internet connection
Q: Where can I register to get a GO2 username?
A: In order to use GO2 you’ll have to register to the GO2 community Forum: 1. Enter the following link: http://www.gameoxygen.com/
2. Click on the “don't have a login” link.
3. Create a user name & password and click on the “register” button.
4. Use the user name & password created in the registration form in order to Access GO2.
Q: How do I install GO2?
A: Download GO2 from this URL: http://www.gameoxygen.com/ Once download is complete, double click on the GO2 installer icon and follow the instructions to finish installation.
Q: Do I need to restart the computer after installation?
A: No. You can start using GO2 immediately after installation.

Q: GO2 was installed on my computer. Now what?
A: After GO2 was installed all you need to do is to launch it and play your favorite game.
Q: The game was loaded but I don’t see anything special. Is GO2 active?
A: Yes. GO2 is active in the background. In order to see the toolbar press the defined activation hotkey (default Ctrl-Shift-G).
Q: I'm running a game and GO2 doesn't start. What's wrong?
A: The game you're running may not be supported. Check our supported games list.
Q: The game I'm running is not supported by GO2. What can I do?
A: Let us know by posting a request in the “Supported Games Requests” forum.
Q: Can I change the GO2 toolbar hot key?
A: Yes. In order to change this property and others right click on the GO2 taskbar icon and chose the “Options” menu item.
Q: How can I quit GO2?
A: Right click on the taskbar icon and choose the “Exit” menu item.

Q: What are the available plug-ins?
A: GO2 currently comes with a set of plug-ins, including in-game browser, chat and music player, as well as a clock and a frame rate monitor. GO2 also includes video and screen capturing utility. We will continuously release new plug-ins, based on our users’ suggestions and requests.
Q: Can I move plug-ins windows and resize them?
A: All plug-in windows may be moved and resized and their transparency level can be controlled. The location, size and transparency level of each window is maintained for each game, so the next time you start the game you don’t need to redefine your preferences.
Q: How can I control the transparency level of a plug-in?
A: You can control the transparency level of a plug-in window by right clicking anywhere in the window. This will open the transparency control bar to the right of the window. The transparency level you set will be maintained for that plug-in for the current game, so next time you start this game you will not have to reset your preference.

Q: What does a game-specific favorite mean?
A: You can mark a page as favorite for the current game you’re playing, and this page will appear in your browser’s favorites only for this game. This prevents your favorites’ list from being cluttered and lets you access your favorites by game. You can also mark a page as favorites for all games – in this case, don’t mark it as game-specific.
Q: I’m able to add favorites but don’t have the option to delete or modify them
A: This feature will be added in the next versions.

Q: Can I chat with GO2 users only?
A: No. You can chat with all your contacts from your MSN, Yahoo!, ICQ, AIM, GTalk and Jabber accounts. In the future we will add support for other instant messenger application.

Q: What music players does GO2 support?
A: You can configure GO2 to use either iTunes, Windows Media Player or Winamp – do so by setting your preferred music player in the options window.

Q: How do I start capturing a video?
A: You start capturing a video by pressing F6. Press F6 again to stop recording. You can change this hotkey in the options menu.
Q: Where are my videos saved?
A: Your captured videos are saved in "My Videos" folder. You can change this default folder through the options menu, in the Video Capturing tab.
Q: In what format are my videos saved?
A: Your captured videos are saved in AVI format.

Q: How do capture a screenshot?
A: You capture a screenshot by pressing F7. You can change this hotkey in the options menu.
Q: Where are my screenshots saved?
A: Your screenshots are saved in "My Pictures". You can change this default folder through the options menu, in the Screen Capturing tab.
Q: In what format are my screenshots saved?
A: Your screenshots are saved in BMP format.

Q: What are the available time/date formats?
A: You can currently set your clock to display time in 12 hours or 24 hours format. You can set it to display date in MM/DD/YY or DD/MM/YY format. You can switch between the formats in the options menu.
